HireAra 2025: Year in Review

Updated yesterday

2025 has been a year of growth for HireAra. We've focused on building a more robust platform, refining the features you use every day, and creating the infrastructure that lets us scale alongside your teams. None of this would have been possible without your trust and feedback. Every integration request, feature suggestion, and bug report has helped shape where we've taken the product this year.

As HireAra has grown, we've started expanding beyond our core CV formatting capabilities. This year brought new tools for candidate presentation and engagement tracking—areas we'll continue to develop in 2026 as we explore how HireAra can support more of your business development workflow. Here's what we shipped month by month.

Video and calendar embeds (March)

We added support for video and calendar embeds on landing pages. You can now include Loom, YouTube, Vimeo, or Vidyard videos, and embed calendar links from Calendly, Google Bookings or Hubspot directly in candidate presentations.

AI Transform (June)

June brought AI Transform, which lets you translate, reformat, and edit entire CVs at once. It handles things like changing tone across a document or translating into another language without manually updating each section.

New CRM integrations (June)

We launched integrations for Salesforce, Seven20, and Bullhorn for Salesforce, allowing you to format documents in HireAra directly from your CRM without switching platforms.

Parsed data tags (July)

We introduced parsed data tags, giving admins control over exactly how experience and education sections are formatted. This means you can apply AI tags to parsed data and maintain consistent formatting across all documents.

Template enhancements (July)

July also brought AI-generated tables for industries where tabular CV formats are standard, interactive checkboxes for highlighting requirements or qualifications, images in templates so you can embed visuals directly in the body of documents, and improved page breaking controls so you can prevent sections from splitting awkwardly across pages and avoid orphaned lines.

Page numbers and table styling (August)

August brought page numbers and default table styling—set your table preferences once in brand defaults and every new table follows those guidelines automatically.

Interactive buttons (November)

We launched interactive buttons—add a button with custom text and link it to any URL. If you use Volcanic, we automatically add UTM tracking parameters so you can see which visitors came from HireAra.

Lead intent scores (November)

We introduced lead intent scores that track how prospects interact with landing pages—views, time on page, button clicks, and downloads—to help you identify engaged prospects.

JobAdder integration (November)

Finally, we added JobAdder integration, expanding our CRM connectivity even further.

Thank you for being part of HireAra's journey this year. Your feedback drives everything we build, and we're excited to keep improving the platform in 2026.
