Apply images to your templates.

Learn how to add images to your templates to improve the visual layout of CVs and branded documents, such as including company logos or profile pictures.

📌 Note: Only Admins can add and configure image tiles.


Add images to your template

Insert an image tile

  1. Open the Template Builder, then navigate to the CV Features section.

  2. Drag and drop the Image Tile into your desired position on the template.

Upload and position your image

  1. Click the Image Tile, then upload your chosen image.

  2. Select your preferred alignment:

    • Left Align

    • Center Align

    • Right Align

Adjust image shape and size

  1. Select the Image Tile, then choose the image shape you want to apply.

  2. Adjust the size using one of the following options:

    • Use the original dimensions if the image is already sized correctly.

    • Customise the dimensions:

      • Set both Height and Width where available.

      • Set Height only for shapes that do not support width adjustment.

📌 Note: Image shape options depend on the selected image and may not always produce the desired result.

Add borders and styling

  1. Select the Image Tile, then enable borders if required.

  2. Choose a Border Colour to match your branding.

📌 Note: Borders and styling are optional and can be left as default if no customisation is needed.
