Understand how to customise checkbox styles and use them within templates to highlight candidate information in a clear, structured way.
Configure checkbox styles
Go to Branding, then click Brand Defaults.
Scroll down to the Checkboxes section.
Choose the Empty Style to define how the checkbox appears when unchecked.
Choose the Filled Style to define how the checkbox appears when checked.
Set the Empty Colour for the unchecked state.
Set the Fill Colour for the checked state.
Add checkboxes to a template
📌 Note: Checkboxes can be used in features that support text editing, such as experience, education, free text, and candidate headshot sections.
Go to Templates, then select the template you want to edit.
Click the Checkbox icon in the editor toolbar to insert a checkbox into a text area.
Enter your checklist items as required.
Consultants can select or clear checkboxes in the CV editor based on the candidate’s qualifications.
📌 Note: Checkboxes are not interactive after exporting the document or when viewed on landing pages.
