Use an Artificial Intelligence (AI) table to automatically generate consistent, structured content in your templates, saving time and ensuring accuracy.
Create a custom AI prompt with a table
Select Branding, then click AI Builder.
Click + New Prompt.
Enter a clear name for your prompt.
Click the Table tab to insert a table into your prompt.
Define the column headers inside the table, for example:
Role.
Company.
Duration.
Responsibilities.
Achievements.
Click Save to store your custom prompt.
Add the AI prompt to a template
Open the template where you want the table to appear.
Insert a Free Text card or another content block.
Type the name of your prompt, then set the template to Live.
When a consultant opens a Curriculum Vitae (CV) in the editor, the table is generated automatically.
Table styling
Consultants can change border and background colours in the CV editor. As an admin, you can also set default table styles in Brand Defaults:
Select the Tables section.
Choose your desired border and background colours.
These styles are applied across all templates, but individual templates can still be customised in the template builder.

Use AI tables when you need structured data, such as experience summaries, and want to:
