Set up a JobAdder integration

Connecting JobAdder to HireAra lets you instantly format CVs directly from a candidate’s profile. Follow the steps below to set up the integration.


Prerequisites

To connect JobAdder to HireAra, you must:

  • Be an Admin in your HireAra workspace.

  • Have access to your JobAdder account.


Step 1: Open the Integrations Page in HireAra

  1. Log in to your HireAra account.

  2. Go to Settings in the nav bar at the top.

  3. Select Integrations.

  4. Find JobAdder in the list and click Configure.


Step 2: Authorize the Connection

  1. Click Start authorization.

  2. You’ll be redirected to the JobAdder login page.

  3. Log in with your JobAdder credentials.

  4. On the next screen, click Accept to allow HireAra to connect.

  5. Then, you'll be taken back to HireAra where you click on the 'Add Integration' button.

  6. Once the integration has been added, you can close the HireAra tab.


Step 3: Use the Integration Inside JobAdder

Once connected, you can format CVs directly from JobAdder:

  1. Open a candidate profile inside your JobAdder account.

  2. Click on Actions.

  3. Select HireAra → Format CV.

HireAra will open with the candidate’s CV loaded and ready to format.
