You can save time by setting default table styles that automatically apply to every table in your templates. This way, you don’t need to manually adjust styling each time you add a new table.
Where to Find Table Styling Settings
Click Branding, then select Brand Defaults.
Scroll down to the Table section.
Here, you’ll find options to set default styling for:
Entire table — border colour, background colour, font colour.
Table heading row — background colour, border colour, and font colour.
Apply Default Styles
In Brand Defaults, customise the table appearance.
Example: Set a green background for the heading row and a black border for all cells.
Click Save.
Add a New Table
Insert a Free Text Box or another content block in your template.
Create a new table inside the text box.
The table automatically adopts your saved default styles.
Override Default Styles
If you’d like a specific table to look different from your defaults:
Select the table or specific cells in the template.
Manually adjust the background colour, border, or other settings.
This allows you to keep consistent branding overall while still customising when needed.
