Set default table styling

  1. Click Branding, then click Brand Defaults.

  2. Scroll down to the Table section.

  3. Configure your default styles for the following areas:

    • Entire table: set the border colour, background colour, and font colour.

    • Table heading row: set the background colour, border colour, and font colour.

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Add a table using default styles

  1. Insert a Free Text Box or another content block into your template.

  2. Create a new table inside the content block.

The table automatically applies your saved default styles.

Override default table styles

  1. Select the table or specific cells in your template.

  2. Manually adjust the background colour, border, or other formatting options.

📌 Note: Overriding styles allows you to customise individual tables while keeping consistent branding across your templates.
