New features

πŸͺ„ Parsed data tags

Admins and brand editors can now apply AI tags to the experience and education sections of a template. This allows for full control over how parsed data is formatted, enabling greater consistency and customization across documents.

πŸ–ΌοΈ Images in the body of the document

Admins can now add image blocks directly to templates, with support for basic styling like size, borders, and shape. This feature is currently limited to admins, with consultant permissions to be introduced in a future update.

βœ… Interactive checkboxes

Admins can now add interactive checkboxes to templates. Checkbox style and color can be configured in brand defaults. Consultants can tick off items directly in the CV editor, making this feature ideal for highlighting requirements or qualifications.

πŸ“„ AI-generated tables

AI tags can now be configured to output content in a table format based on the prompt. This is particularly useful in industries where tabular presentation of information is standard practice on CVs.

Enhancements

✨ Refreshed Tables for AI Tags and Placeholder Tags

The AI prompts interface now displays tags in a table format, making it easier to scan and manage. Users can instantly see:

  • Where a prompt is used (and how many times),

  • The full text of the prompt,

  • Whether it’s mapped to the CRM.

This replaces the old experience where prompts were nested inside tags β€” significantly improving visibility and usability for power users.

βœ‚οΈ Improved page breaking

Admins can now control how content flows across pages with new template-level settings. The Never Break Sectiontoggle keeps entire sections together, while the Prevent Orphaned Lines slider ensures a minimum number of lines appear before or after a break β€” improving readability and overall layout consistency.

πŸ‘€ Centre-aligned candidate headshots

Users now have the option to center candidate profile photos in templates, giving them more control over layout and visual emphasis.

βš™οΈ Outputting on the Back-End

Document rendering and export processes have been moved to the back end, improving performance, stability, and reducing load times.

Fixes

πŸ”— Broken download links on landing pages are now fixed.

πŸ” Improvements to Parser X to better capture and structure incoming CV data.

πŸ“ Resolved spacing issues in final output documents for a more consistent look.
