What is HireAra?

HireAra is the Candidate Presentation tool for recruiters. The HireAra platform makes it easy for you to draft beautifully branded content that shows your candidate in their best light, making you & your candidate STAND OUT.

How to get started with HireAra?

To get started with HireAra visit their site at: https://www.hireara.ai/ to get your account up and running.


How to get your HireAra account integrated into Vincere:

Once your subscription has been created, HireAra can be integrated within Vincere meaning the team can have access to all of HireAra's editing functionality without having to leave the CRM. The process is quick, and done mainly by our team - please complete the following steps to help us get the ball rolling. You can also view the set up guide in our help centre here.

Step 1: Request Credentials

  1. Request the integration information for HireAra from the Vincere support desk. This will consist of two items:

    1. Client Id, e.g

      12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789012

    2. API key: e.g

      87654321-4321-1234-1234-123456789012

  2. Please copy the URL from your browser, when logged in to Vincere (see screenshot below)

⚠️ Action: Share this information with your HireAra account lead & we'll start work on getting your two systems integrated!

Step 2: Grant HireAra Access

The first time each user opens the HireAra integration they will presented with the following page inviting them to sign in to Vincere to grant HireAra Access to your Vincere Account:

This only needs to be done once, after which HireAra will store the user’s details for faster access in the future.

Step-by-step guide

How to find HireAra in Vincere

Step 1: Select the candidate you wish to create a formatted CV for.

Step 2: On the candidate dashboard select the HireAra button within the integrations tab.

Uploading a CV/Resume

Step 3: You should now see your HireAra account and an option to select the file you want to upload to HireAra.

Step 4: Select the template you want the formatted CV/Resume to be presented in and then click OK.


Validate your CV/Resume

Step 5: Click the “Split Screen” at the left top corner of the screen to compare the original CV to the formatted version.

Step 6: If you’ve found that data is missing/inaccurate, use the parser dropdown to see if AI Parser 1, AI Parser 2 or AI Parser X has performed better.

  • Select the best-parsed data and then make any required edits

Step 7: To add any information (Experience/Education/ Free text box) to the formatted CV, select “Add element” at the top right corner of the page.

  • Hint: your brand has been set by your template manager, all text added will automatically be updated to your font, style & layout, making it quick to match your output style.

Step 8: Use AI Assists to quickly transform highlighted text to bullet points, fix spelling, and much more. Find AI assist options at the top centre of the page.

Step 9: Save your CV/Resume back to Vincere by clicking export and selecting "Save to Vincere".

  • Hint: Before selecting "Save to Vincere" click "Preview" so you can see what the formatted CV/Resume will look like before it saving.

Hints & Tips 😎

Job Description:

  • Step 1: Click the job description option on the candidate's CV.

  • Step 2: Paste the job description in the text box and click confirm.

  • Step 3: On the formatted CV click try again on the purple tags and then click "optimise the job description.

👉 Tip: Give HireAra’s AI more context of the roles you're working or your clients requiements to improve your write ups. When you associate a job description with a CV it can be used to optimise the AI responses.

AI Sales:

  • Step 1: Go onto the candidate's CV you wish to make sales content.

  • Step 2: From the sub-menu located on the left-hand side, select the “AI sales” (Icon: Rocket) option.

  • Step 3: Set the tone of voice for the output and click on “Create”.

👉 Tip: Use HireAra's Generative AI to write up summaries, email content, LinkedIn Post, Cold Call sequences & more.

Candidate Landing Pages:

  • Step 1: Go onto the candidate's CV you want to create a landing page for.

  • Step 2: From the sub-menu located on the left-hand side, select the “Landing page” option.

  • Step 3: Click on Preview located at the top right corner of the page. (This will open a new tab) to check the landing page before sending it.

  • Step 4: Set the link expiration date using the drop-down and enable via email tracking if required.

  • Step 5: Toggle on or off email updates. When on you will receive an email when someone opens the candidate's landing page.

  • Step 6: add a name for the link for your reference

  • Step 7: Click on “Create & Copy” to generate the landing page.

👉 Tip: time to ditch PDFs and get more analytics on candidate profile engagements

Supported Languages

HireAra's AI is able to read and write in multiple languages. If the AI is not able to read or write in the language you need, please reach out to the HireAra support team.
