Step 1: Confirm your FastTrack API version
Your Customer Success Manager will create the integration on our side. They may ask you to confirm the FastTrack API version number — you can check this with your FastTrack account manager.
Step 2: Get your credentials from FastTrack
Contact your FastTrack account manager and let them know you'd like the HireAra integration enabled. They'll generate the following credentials for you: FastTrack API Key, FastTrack X Consumer Username, FastTrack Username, and FastTrack Password. Once you have these, pass them on to your Customer Success Manager.
Step 3: Set up the custom action in FastTrack
Your Customer Success Manager will send you a URL to complete the setup. In FastTrack, go to Maintenance → Custom Actions → Add and fill in the following:

Step 4: Enable permissions for your team
Go to Maintenance → Role-Data Groups, find the user type you want to enable HireAra for, and click into it. Click Edit (top right), use Ctrl+F to search for "HireAra" (or whatever you entered as the Action Label in Step 3), and tick the boxes to enable access. Click Save (top right).
