1. Overview

With HireAra’s AI Builder, you can easily create customised, AI-driven content for CVs and business development materials, designed to fit specific roles, audiences, and tones. By following these steps, you’ll be able to set up and refine AI tags that generate content for templates, whether it’s a LinkedIn post, client pitch, or CV summary, ensuring every output is impactful and tailored to your needs.

2. How to create an AI tag

2.a Video

2.b Step-by-Step Guide

Navigate to the AI Builder

Start by going to the branding section and clicking the AI builder underneath the tags

Create the Custom Tag

Click on "+Custom AI Tag" to create a new AI tag. Add a name to the tag and describe so everyone can see what it does.

Create A tag

Add a name to the tag

Customise the tag Settings

Customise your AI prompt by choosing the tone of voice, setting a word count limit, choosing if you would like it to be anonymous, in bullet point format, and the language you want it written in.

Instructing the AI

Use the prompt area to give specific instructions to the AI on the content that you want it to create. Test the prompt to see the output and refine as needed.

Refine the Instructions

Use the test output to further instruct the AI on how to structure the content (e.g., highlight key skills, mention degree, provide an overview of the recent role).

Save the AI tag and insert it into a template

Once satisfied with the tag's performance, click save. The tag will be available under custom tags for future use in templates. In a template, use a free text section to insert the tag. Type ‘@AI’ and the name of the tag created (e.g., exec summary) to have the AI generate content based on the set instructions.

3. How to create CV and BD Content

To effectively use HireAra's AI Builder for creating content that can enhance candidate CVs or support BD, follow these guidelines:

Specify the Purpose

Clearly indicate whether you need content for a CV, LinkedIn profile, client pitch, or sales email.

  • Example: “Write a CV profile summary for the candidate.”

  • Example: “Write an email to sell this candidate based on their CV.”

Provide Detailed Context

Highlight the focus points (key skills, achievements, and experiences) relevant across various roles you want the AI to include. This helps HireAra's AI Builder tailor the content effectively.

  • Example: “Write a CV profile summary for the candidate. Highlight their key skills and projects they have worked on.”

  • Example: “Write an email to sell this candidate based on their CV. Highlight the key achievements on their CV.”

State the Audience

Specify whether the content is intended for hiring managers, LinkedIn, or general recruitment outreach to tailor the tone accordingly.

  • Example: “Write a LinkedIn post to sell this candidate. Highlight their key skills and projects they have worked on.”

  • Example: “Write an email to a hiring manager to sell this candidate based on their CV. Highlight the key achievements on their CV.”

3.a The Type of Language You Should Use for CV Content and BD

To ensure the generated content is professional and impactful, consider the following language tips:

Be Clear and Specific

Provide concise instructions to get the most relevant output.

  • Example: “Create a bullet point for the summary that outlines the candidate’s experience in [industry].”

Use Action Verbs and Results-Oriented Language

Focus on action verbs and quantifiable achievements to enhance the content’s effectiveness.

  • Example: “Write a career overview to highlight key results, such as improvements in revenue growth.”

3.b Refining Content by Providing More Context

To further enhance the generated content, consider adding more details or modifying your requests:

Add Detailed Requests

Including specific metrics and context enhances the impact of the content.

  • Example: “Write a CV profile summary for the candidate. Highlight their key skills and projects they have worked on. Provide details about the project scale, team size, and the impact of the candidate’s contributions.”

Provide Industry-Relevant Details

Include general experiences or skills applicable across different sectors to make the content more versatile.

  • Example: “Write a CV profile summary for the candidate. Highlight their key skills and projects they have worked on. Make sure to include their financial qualifications, such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).”
