Set up SSO for your organisation and manage security settings.

This guide will walk you through setting up SSO for your organisation and managing security settings.

After our team creates your SSO-enabled account, you'll receive an email invitation to set up your admin access.

  1. Click the link in your invitation email.

  2. Set a secure password for your admin account.

  3. Once your password is created, you'll be automatically logged in to HireAra.

Manage Your SSO Settings

To configure SSO for your organisation, navigate to Settings, then select Manage Account.

Personal Account Settings

You can manage your individual account security:

  • Password: Update your Access Identity password

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Add an extra layer of security to your account

  • Impersonation settings: Control whether support staff can access your account for troubleshooting

Organisation Admin Settings

📌 Note: As an admin, you can configure security policies for your entire organisation.

  1. Add and verify your organisation's domain.

  2. Once your domain is verified, you can configure:

    • Login frequency: How often users must re-authenticate.

    • Mandatory 2FA: Require all users to enable two-factor authentication.

    • Social sign-in: Allow or restrict login via Microsoft, Google, or LinkedIn.

Inviting Your Team

📌 Note: All users are subject to the security policies you've configured for your organisation, including login frequency requirements, 2FA settings, and approved login methods.

Once your SSO is configured, you're ready to invite your team members to HireAra.

To add users:

  1. Invite team members through HireAra's user management.

  2. Each user receives an email invitation with a secure link.

When your team members receive their invitation, click the link in their invitation email, then create their Access Identity password.
