Use this article to log in to HireAra for the first time and fix common problems if you cannot access your account.
Log In to HireAra
Go to the HireAra website.
Click Login in the top menu.
If prompted, choose your region (UK, EU, USA, or APAC).
Enter the email address associated with your HireAra account.
Enter your password.
Click Login.
📌 Note: If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SSO) via a CRM (for example, Vincere or Bullhorn), you may be logged in automatically when you access HireAra from within the CRM.
First-time password setup
If this is your first time logging in:
Open the welcome email from HireAra.
Click the link in the email to set up your password.
Follow the on-screen prompts to create a new password.
If you do not see the welcome email, check your Spam, Junk, or similar folders.
Troubleshoot Login Issues
Reset a forgotten password
On the HireAra login page, click Forgot Password?.
Enter the email address registered to your HireAra account.
Check your inbox for a password reset email from HireAra.
Click the reset link in the email and choose a new password.
If you cannot see the email, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
Fix common login errors
If your email and password are not accepted, or you cannot log in:
Check that you are using the correct email address and look for any typing errors.
Type your password manually instead of using browser autofill.
Make sure Caps Lock is turned off; passwords are case-sensitive.
Try logging in using a different web browser.
Clear your current browser’s cache and cookies, then try to log in again.

Open the HireAra Help Centre.
Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the page.
Follow the prompts in the chat to contact the HireAra Support team.
