  1. Open the template where you want the AI-generated content to appear.

  2. Add a Free Text section to the template.

Create CV and business development content

When writing prompts for AI tags, provide clear context so the system generates accurate and useful content.

Specify the purpose

Clearly explain what type of content the AI should create. Examples:

  • Write a CV profile summary for the candidate.

  • Write an email to promote this candidate based on their CV.

Provide detailed context

Highlight important skills, achievements, and experiences you want the AI to include. Examples:

  • Write a CV profile summary for the candidate. Highlight their key skills and projects they have worked on.

  • Write an email to sell this candidate based on their CV. Highlight the key achievements on their CV.

State the audience

Explain who the content is intended for so the AI can adjust the tone. Examples:

  • Write a LinkedIn post to sell this candidate. Highlight their key skills and projects they have worked on.

  • Write an email to a hiring manager to sell this candidate based on their CV. Highlight the key achievements on their CV.

Improve the quality of AI-generated content

You can improve the output from AI tags by providing clearer instructions and additional context.

Be clear and specific

Use concise instructions that explain exactly what you want the AI to produce. Example:

  • Create a bullet point for the summary that outlines the candidate's experience in [industry].

Use action verbs and results-oriented language

Encourage the AI to highlight outcomes and achievements. Example:

  • Write a career overview to highlight key results, such as improvements in revenue growth.

Provide additional context

Include details about project scope, responsibilities, or measurable outcomes. Example:

  • Write a CV profile summary for the candidate. Highlight their key skills and projects, including the project scale, team size, and the impact of their contributions.

Include industry-relevant information

Mention certifications, qualifications, or sector expertise where relevant. Example:

  • Write a CV profile summary highlighting their financial qualifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

📌 Note: You can further tailor content to specific job opportunities by aligning the prompt with the relevant job description when uploading the CV.
