This is an admin feature. If you are a recruiter please get in touch with your account lead to amend the template.
You can currently add two types of headshots to HireAra: candidate and recruiter headshots.
Adding a candidate headshot:
Locate the 'Candidate Headshot' card under CV Features in the template builder.
Drag it onto the document and adjust the settings β alignment on the page, shape, border thickness, height and colour.
Add tags in the textbox next to the headshot. They will generate relevant information based on the candidate's CV, such as an executive summary or a list of key competencies.
Your consultants will now be able to upload candidate headshots in the CV editor.
Adding a recruiter headshot:
Locate the 'Recruiter Summary' card under CV Features in the template builder and drag it onto the page.
You can add extra placeholder tags to the card, such as a recruiter's email address or phone number. They will be pre-filled in the CV editor, saving your consultants' valuable time.
That's it! Now, just ask your team to upload their headshots to the Defaults page on the HireAra app and they will appear automatically in templates where this card has been added.
