Following migration to Access Evo, If you are a direct HireAra user, you must complete a one-time Single Sign-On (SSO) login process.
This links your account to your Access Identity, the authentication layer that provides SSO across all Access products. Read this article to learn more.
📌 Note: Signing out of one Access product also signs you out of all connected Access products.
Who this applies to
This process applies to standalone users, those who log in directly to the HireAra app. Brand editors and admins hold standalone logins unless they log in through a CRM platform.
Users who log in through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, such as Vincere, JobAdder, or Bullhorn, are not affected and do not need to take any action.
Before you begin
Your HireAra email address and password.
If you use other Access products, your existing Access product credentials.
Completing the SSO migration login
This process is required for your first login after the Access Evo migration only. If a migration pop-up appeared during an active session, begin from step 3.

Follow our steps
Go to the HireAra login page and select Login with SSO.
On the Access Identity screen, enter your email address and password, then select Log in.
When prompted to upgrade to Access Evo, select Continue.
When asked 'Do you use any other Access products?', choose the option that applies to you:
I already have another Access products: Select this option to log in with your existing credentials.
No, HireAra is my first Access product: Select this option to create a new Access account.
Confirm your login details, then select Go to HireAra.
Once done, you'll be redirected to your HireAra account, completing your migration. You'll now see the Access Button in the top right, giving you a central hub for your integrated Access software and other Access Evo tools.
