Who is being migrated first?
The initial migration covers clients in the UK region — those accessing HireAra via app.hireara.ai. Clients in other regions will be migrated at a later date. If you have not received communication about your migration, no action is required at this stage.
A note on standalone vs. integration access
Brand editors and admins hold a standalone HireAra login.
Recruiters on an integration access HireAra through their CRM and do not require a standalone login.
During the migration, standalone access may be removed for recruiter accounts to ensure a smooth transition. Workspace admins can reinstate this afterwards if needed, though in most cases recruiter access via the integration is sufficient.
For clients with another Access product
Brand editors and admins
If you were logged in at the time of migration, a pop-up will prompt you to complete the move to Evo. Select I already have another Access product and follow the steps to be taken into HireAra.
If you were not logged in, navigate to https://app.hireara.ai/?show_sso=true and click Log in with SSO to complete the same process.
Recruiters on an integration
No action required. Access via the integration continues as normal.
Unexpected Evo pop-up
If the migration pop-up appears somewhere it shouldn't, report this via the Intercom chat.
For clients new to Evo
The workspace owner will have received a direct invitation to Evo. All other users will see a pop-up on their next login, launching a setup wizard to connect their account to Evo.
The wizard will prompt users to sign in with their Access Identity account. Access Identity provides SSO across Evo and all Access products. Users without an existing Identity account will be guided through creating one during the wizard.
Accessing HireAra after migration
Standalone access: Navigate directly to your regional HireAra URL (e.g.
app.hireara.aifor UK), or open HireAra from the product menu in Evo — this will open in a new tab.Integration only: Continue accessing HireAra through your integration as before.
Managing users after migration
The Team page within HireAra will no longer be active after migration. User management moves to Evo:
In Evo, click Manage Members in the top right corner.
All workspace users are listed here.
Click Manage Roles for any user to update their HireAra permissions.
New users can also be added and assigned HireAra access from this view.
