How to create an AI table?

1. Create a Custom AI Prompt with a Table

  1. Navigate to Branding β†’ AI Builder.

  2. Click Create new custom AI prompt.

  3. Give your prompt a clear name.

  4. Click the Table icon to insert a table into your prompt.

  5. Define the column headers inside the table:

    1. e.g., Role, Company, Duration, Responsibilities, Achievements.

  6. Click Save to store your custom prompt.

2. Add the AI Prompt to a Template

  1. Open the template where you want the table to appear.

  2. Insert a Free Text card (or any other content block).

  3. Type the name of your prompt

  4. Set the template to Live.

Then, when a consultant opens a CV in the editor, the table will be generated automatically!

3. Table Styling

Consultants will be able to change border and background colours in the CV editor, but as an admin, you can also set table styles in Brand Defaults. Just go to the Tables section and choose your desired border and background colours. These will be applied to tables across your templates, but you can always change the styling in the template builder.

When to Use AI-Generated Tables

Use this feature when:

  • You need structured data (e.g., experience summaries).

  • It would be too slow or manual to enter this info by hand.

  • You want to ensure consistency across multiple CVs.
