Set up B4SF, Seven20 and Salesforce API configuration

Depending on your integration, you need to configure your settings to support the integration.

Receive API keys from your CSM

Depending on your integration, you will receive either one or two links from your CSM. In addition, regardless of the specific integration, they will send you an API key, client ID and secret.


Install the Salesforce package

Click the link sent to you by your CSM. Select Install for all users and confirm that you’re okay installing a non-Salesforce app.


Configure HireAra settings in Salesforce

Once installation is complete:

  1. Click the Setup cog ⚙️ in the top-right corner.

  2. In the Quick Search bar, enter Custom Metadata Types.

  3. Find HireAra in the list, then click Manage Records.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. You’ll see a page like the one below, enter your API key, client ID, and secret,

  6. Select your Integration Type:

    • Bullhorn For Salesforce

    • Salesforce or Seven20


Add the HireAra iframe to Salesforce

Next, embed HireAra directly in your Salesforce layout:

  1. Go to Sales Console, then click Contact.

  2. Click the Setup cog ⚙️, then click Edit Page.

  3. Add a new tab for HireAra.

  4. In the Components menu, search for HireAra.

  5. Drag and drop it onto the page.
