✍️ Fix Grammar and Spelling

With one click, you can automatically correct grammar and spelling across the entire CV. This includes:

  • Common spelling errors

  • Grammatical issues like verb tense mismatches or incorrect punctuation

  • Basic formatting fixes

How to use it:

  1. Open the CV editor.

  2. Click the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the editor.

  3. Select “Fix grammar and spelling”.

  4. Review the changes and apply.

📌 Add Bullet Points

Transform dense paragraphs into clear, skimmable bullet points that are easier for hiring managers to review. This feature is especially useful in the Experience and Education sections, where long blocks of text can be harder to scan.

You can choose to apply this change to:

  • The entire CV

  • Only the Experience section

  • Only the Education section

To apply:

  1. Open the Transform dropdown menu.

  2. Click “Add bullet points”.

  3. Select where you’d like the changes to apply.

🔁 Change tense

Easily switch between past and present tense, or from 1st person (“I led…”) to 3rd person (“Led…”), depending on the tone you're aiming for.

Apply to:

  • The full CV

  • Only the Experience section

  • Only the Education section

Steps:

  1. Use the Transform dropdown menu.

  2. Choose “Change tense” or “Switch to 3rd person”.

  3. Pick the relevant section(s).

This helps standardise voice and tone across the document — no need to manually rewrite every sentence.

🧼 Anonymise and remove gendered terms

Support unbiased, inclusive hiring by automatically removing:

  • Names or identifying details

  • Gendered language (e.g. “he/she”, “salesman” → “salesperson”)

To apply:

  1. Click the Transform dropdown menu.

  2. Select “Anonymise" or "Remove gendered terms”.

  3. Review changes and confirm.
