For the initial formatting process, HireAra uses a number of market-leading CV Parsers, then pulls all the returned data into their Machine Learning model which picks the best data to then return to you. The reason for this is that CV parsing is not 100% accurate - CVs come in all shapes, sizes & formats, and as such the tech can sometimes struggle to pick up data. We’re doing everything we can to give you the best leg up possible & provide a platform that’s easy to make edits on.
If a CV has done especially badly, make sure to test out the parser dropdown and flick between the different models before making any edits.
Tip: If changing the parsers doesn't work you can insert a textbox to add the missing information.
